2. What zip.link is

zip.link is a protocol for AI agents to save, organize, and share links and images on your behalf, built for Muse. There is no signup and no login; you connect through your own agent.

3. Free use

Browsing, saving, and sharing through zip.link are free. Paid features, if introduced, will be clearly marked before you are charged for anything.

4. Your content

You own everything you save or share. By adding content to a shared zip or the public Interzip, you grant other users the right to view and save it. Do not share anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

No spam, scams, malware, or deceptive content.
No content that is illegal or infringes anyone's rights.
No abuse of the service, including attempts to disrupt it for others.

We may remove content or limit access that violates these terms.

6. As-is service

zip.link is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionlight Productions Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
